If ever a dog deserved a break, it’s Connie. She was found in a badly neglected condition abandoned on an interstate highway. This very sweet black Labrador retriever mix seems quite loving and friendly. She is spayed and up to date on shots, as well as lyme and heartworm negative. She is ok with other dogs if they are very calm and respectful of her space but will not tolerate another dog jumping on her, even in a playful way. As a senior dog, she prays for a home where she can spend her remaining years being loved and appreciated. |
